Today was an eventful day
I actually got a hold of the girl I met at the laundromat. She told me to never call her again. Surprised? So was I.
Apparently one of her co-workers asked her if she did laundry on Monday, and when she replied, "How did you know?" Her friend said, "You gotta check out this site I heard about on the radio." I guess there aren’t a lot of hot eastern European women who wear safety pin necklaces and bowling shoes.
Sometimes I think this can't be happening. If I just gave up and stopped fighting my lonely destiny of work, sleep, and cold Mac and Cheese I wouldn't be in this mess. As strange as it sounds I still have hope, more than before in fact.
She rejected me, but not because I'm fat or poor. She rejected me because she read the site I put my heart and soul into. She actually rejected me for who I am, the real me. Usually people find a good reason to reject me before getting that far so I am making progress. I also have news.
I got an e-mail from Brandon, my charity case in Annapolis, Maryland.
Believe it or not he actually had sex with a girl he met through my site. Do you believe that? I've spent hundreds of hours making this site, I've been poisoned, destroyed my roommate's computer, and received hate mail from over 50 countries, and what did he do? He wrote me an e-mail and two weeks later has sex with a hot chick. I'm not bitter though. He does deserve it, he was almost as bad off as me and I think he was due. He sent me an email I posted in the guestbook. If you want to go to his site go to become a charity case.
He's also promised to send me a picture of both of them and she said she was O.K. with it.
If anything, this shows me that this site can work. Granted the site hasn't worked for me yet, but it is working. I'm even putting up more charity cases to help some more people out. (I've got six charity cases in America lined up and three in other countries) At the very least I'll try to keep this little experiment going.
I recently got a new company hosting my site so I shouldn't have any more bandwidth problems. (Translation, feel free to tell the world about me.)
I've told people in the past not to put links to my site because the traffic was costing me an arm and a leg but that's over now. Since I don't have to worry about bandwidth any more I can make my site larger.
